We were very pleased with all aspects of our dealing with Best Cars Rental. Having paid a deposit for the car hire for a holiday to Crete for July 2020 which, obviously, had to be cancelled we were pleased that the deposit was used for our June 2022 booking. The car, which was in excellent condition, was delivered and collected from our villa at the time arranged. Our email communications were swiftly replied to. On our experience we would not hesitate to recommend Best Car Rentals.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The car was dropped off at my requested site at the Heraklion Marina on time and there was no problem dropping off at the airport. Staff was courteous. I live in the USA and had all my communications with Stella via e-mail. She always responded promptly and put me at ease in renting through Best Cars.
